Amroh Idris works in our Los Angeles office, where he practices transactional work and white collar criminal defense. He has advised international legal bodies and companies, and has performed extensive, on-site work in locations such as Zurich, Washington D.C., London and San Francisco. He has experience with regulatory and legal compliance matters involving both private and governmental entities such as the U.S. Department of Justice. His work has spanned civil and governmental matters, including (but not limited to) patent litigation, securities law violations, trade sanctions, antitrust litigation, and regulatory compliance. His involvement on complex transactional matters also ensures such issues are avoided before they occur.
