Grace splits her work between civil litigation and transactional matters. She has a great understanding of international private law, particularly between the US and Mexico, where she has litigated complex civil cases. She is experienced in cross-border transactions involving foreign investment in Mexico under the IMMEX program. Her practice includes international commercial arbitration before ICC.
