Hayden Prosise primarily focuses on the firm’s business litigation and transactional work. Operating out of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Hayden has experience working as counsel for companies of every size, has clerked for a federal district court, and interned for a state appellate court. Hayden’s wide range of experiences helps him develop winning strategies for his litigation clients and prevent potential litigation for his transactional clients.
