Operating out of the Austin and New York City offices, he works with a variety of enterprises — both established and emerging, across industries such as digital health and information security technology. He has represented clients in complex, high-stakes litigation in both state and federal courts.

Alex Conant focuses his practice on litigation. He has extensive experience in complex disputes involving businesses, individuals, directors, officers and the like. He has experience arguing his clients’ cases before federal judges, state judges and arbitrators. He has represented individuals and corporations alike from the incipience of their cases through the verdict.

Jared Greathouse

Jared Greathouse focuses on corporate law, civil litigation, estate planning, and probate. Jared assists businesses with issues including structure, governance, financing, board management, benefits and employment, intellectual property, tax, specialty tax incentives, representation before administrative bodies, and related civil litigation. Jared also counsels clients on planning and protecting their legacy through estate planning.

Buck McKinney is an intellectual property and entertainment lawyer with over 29 years of experience. He focuses on copyright, trademark, intellectual property matters, entertainment matters and related business disputes. He handles clients’ transactional work, and is also a seasoned litigator who enforces his clients’ rights at trial, before both state and federal courts.

Emily Young focuses on civil litigation. She is an experienced, 10-year trial attorney who has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide array of legal matters in courts throughout the State of Texas. Her practice covers a broad range of the law, from complex business disputes to personal injury cases. She prides herself on her legal writing and analysis.

Hayden Prosise primarily focuses on the firm’s business litigation and transactional work. Operating out of the DFW area, Hayden has experience working as counsel for companies of every size, has clerked for a federal district court, and interned for a state appellate court. Hayden develops winning strategies for his litigation clients and prevents potential litigation for his transactional clients.
